Laura S. Severt

Laura S. Severt’s practice is focused on helping her clients navigate through the ever changing challenges faced by individuals and families. Ms. Severt’s experience is broad ranging and tailored to serve her clients in the areas of family law, special education law, estate planning, guardianships, elder law, probate, and general civil litigation. Ms. Severt graduated with honors from Texas Tech School of Law where she gained experience through her participation in the Texas Tech Law School Family Law Clinic. She continued to develop her litigation experience by working in the areas of insurance defense, debt collections and defense, and general civil litigation. Prior to starting her legal career, Ms. Severt spent five years as a middle school teacher in Houston, Texas.
